Payment FAQ
How are payments processed?
All payments are processed by Stripe — the industry-standard payment processor used by Apple, Amazon, Shopify, and thousands of legal practices. Your card details never touch our servers. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH bank transfer (US only). The 5-payment plan requires a card on file — ACH is one-time only.
Is the free case review really free?
Yes. The intake through /voidcheck and the /voidcheck is 100% free with no obligation. The $4,995 fee is only paid after we accept your case and you decide to engage.
What if I pay and the case can't win?
We only charge after we've accepted your case. If unforeseen facts emerge mid-engagement that block cancellation, any unbilled installments stop immediately and prior payments are refunded pro-rata against work already performed. Full refund policy is emailed before any payment is collected.
How do the multi-payment plans work?
All multi-payment plans are zero-interest subscriptions billed automatically by Stripe. The first installment runs at signup; subsequent installments charge the same calendar day each month until the plan completes. 2-pay: $2,497.50 × 2. 3-pay: $1,665 × 3. 4-pay: $1,248.75 × 4. 5-pay: $999 × 5. Every option totals exactly $4,995. No credit check, no late fees, no penalty for early payoff. If we drop the case mid-plan, all remaining cycles cancel automatically.
Can I pay off the plan early?
Yes — at any time. Email support@voidmysolar.com and we'll send you a one-click Stripe link for the remaining balance. No early-payoff fee.
